I know I haven’t been posting since long. I apologize, but lately I’ve been going through a lot of ups and down.
Anyways coming back to our topic.
Has it ever happened to you that you found an stretch mark on your body out of nowhere and wondered how did that happen?? So let us just try to understand what cause a stretch mark and how can we get rid of them?
Causes of stretchmarks–
- Pregnancy- One of the most common reason in females post pregnancy.
- Losing and gaining weight rapidly- Our skin certainly has a limit to stretch itself, when we cross that limit and tend to overweight. The skin starts to get these sort of lines which we call as stretchmarks.
- Gym or exercising- Lifting heavy weights and exercising of any sort be it dancing, yoga or any fitness regime. If our body is dry it breaks out and make these stretchmarks.
- Bio-Oil –
Bio−Oil is a specialist skincare product‚ formulated to help improve the appearance of Scars‚ Stretch Marks and Uneven skin tone. It is also recommended for ageing and dehydrated skin.
It requires you patience cause let’s face it, it’s not a magical wand. 🙂 You might have to use it for over 2-3 months without missing a day. I would recommend you to use at least twice a day. You’ll figure out the changes in a month.
- Aloe Vera-
Since, we know how many wonders Aloe-Vera can do, this is one of them. Use the organic or any brand which claims to be natural and non- chemical that would work fine. Apply to the area and massage until gets absorbed in your skin after bathing and before going to sleep. You’ll again see the changes in 2-3 months here.
Now this is not a treatment but a very important precaution which you can follow while or before getting any of those marks. Always use a moisturizer before you work-out. Because those dry skin tends to find there way to get break out and get these unwanted stretch marks.
So, please try any of these methods and do let me know how it turned out.
That’s all, have a wonderful day and keep it simple & beautiful.
Keep loving, Love you all 🙂 Peace.
